Help answer this question below.

I owned a house. It has 3 b-rooms, 1 garage (addt'l b-room), living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, porch, pool. It's located in Margate, Fl and I would like to rent it & how much can i ask for it?

    Unknown.

    However there are rental guides for most areas usually in stores as 'free' periodicals. That may give you an idea. So too the local newspaper classified where individuals place ads to rent their houses/rooms/whatever.

    Failing that you can consult with a real-estate agency in the area. Some may throw out a range of price without you paying.
