  • NO REASON FOR THE NEG!!! Typically, when an hourly employee is considered full time, they average between 35-40 hours a week. Once you hit hour 41, it's considered overtime and paid at time and a half. For instance, if you make $10/hr regular time, you're going to get $15/hr while working overtime. Check with human resources.
