open one picture in ms paint.
edition - coller a'partir de ( french window)
choose your image - open
your 2nd picturer will enter with moving dots around it
choose -image - etire/Incliner
etire/ecliner window open
resize your picture by changing 100 - 50, 30, 80, what you like
horizontal 100 - type 50
vertical 100 - type 50
your 2nd image will be resize
choose how much resizing you need then move it
where you like to place it.
Open the image you want to insert into the other.
Select Edit/select all then copy the image to the clipboard.
Open the other image now. go to edit/paste.
the first image will now be sitting on top of the new image.
