  • Libertarians want minimal govt control, no govt intervention re social issues, i.e. abortion, marriage, business, censorship, etc. They are isolationists and believe that any taxes (however small in amt) goes for service to benefit its citizens, i.e. police , fire, roads and other infrastructure. They want to eliminate most of the current govt, all branches, commissions, etc. , which they see as wasteful, corrupt, counterproductive and/or bloated. Any services that are wanted - can be handled in the private sector like education, prisons, hospitals, the mails, air traffic control, private charitable entities, etc.,etc.
  • Freedom, the Constitution, a humble foreign policy and non-intervention, and a very small but just government.
  • Respective rights for all, without government interference.
