Sounds like the situation is one-sided. Call for back-up and even the score.
-
Yes. That is why if you point, use your whole hand =)
-
No, I don't. What about the thumb? It doesn't point back at you.
-
I think it can be so, but also you can bend your wrist so that the rest of your fingers are pointing left or right. I had to test this theory, by the way. :)
-
Yes, but I'm also MAKING a point with said pointed finger.
-
no because when i point the rest of my fingers are making a fist, in which case my other fingers are not pointing back at me.
-
Sometimes, and sometimes I have noticed people using their whole hand .
-
I have never heard that one...but I like it..and yes, I do agree with it.
-
Yes, especially if you go disco dancing.
-
Yes, I live with this answer since 1985 when frst I heard this statement.

Yes I believe this, I remember working with someone who had this notorious habit. She would cover her mouth with her left hand, point at me with her right hand and laugh. The woman was 50 yrs old...huh? This behaviour isn't in the norm, I can't remember pointing my finger at anyone unless I was saying something positive. I would rather just say the positive statement and nod in their direction. I believe this behaviour indicates a type of low level psychosis, in that the person subconsciously blames another person....for what? I don't know. It might simply be a hateful gesture, I"m not really sure, all I know that she hasn't learned that this is not normal social behaviour.

Yes, pointing at someone is usually rude so we need something to identify the real problem, not the pointee but the pointer.
