HI I am a landlord in Floridafor one house that I own but my fiancee(who lives with me )is the one dealing with the tenants. Heis not in the contract nor the deed and the tenants says they do not want to deal with him. If is legal what I am doing?

    Of course it is. So long as your fiancée is not materially changing the contract, you can assign your rights or obligations to anyone you want.

    If you have appointed your fiance as your offical agent or representative, then yes it's legal, though the tenants do have a right to request that any further dealings be in writing, signed by you as the official landlord.
