I borrowed my friends car received a speeding ticket, he had no insurance, so I got a ticket for no ins.and speeding. After reviewing the ticket the officer never put my DL# on the ticket. I have legit ins. for MY vehicle can I beat it%

    Each state is different, when it comes to auto insurance. in Tennessee, if a person has auto insurance, this insurance covers any vehicle he drives, not just the vehicle he owns.

    Not listing your drivers license number will not void the citation. the officer can correct this in open court.
