If you start taking the pill again it will stop it in a day or two.
Periods are a natural part of your cycle and you really shouldn't stuff around with them.
If I was going on Exersise with the Army out bush though I would stop mine.
Can't think of a way without taking the Pill sorry.
You have to have your period. It's part of the human body process. But I noticed that everytime I shower it stops for an hour or two.
There are a few contraceptives on the market that stop your cycle. One being Depo Provera, which is what I am currently on. After my first shot (They come in intervals of 3 months, and are painless) my periods have stopped, and there were no complications. :) There are also pills like Seasonalis (mind my spelling) That limit you to 4 periods a year.
No can do, sorry. It's your body, and it is a cycle that has to complete. Unless you're like my sister, who just hasn't had a period in years, and the doctor says she's fine, she's just not getting one.
