When we get older people tend to lose their hearing. Is this nature's way of protecting us from all the bullshit?

    Not only hearing, but all senses diminish in their efficiency as we grow older. Similarly, mind also tends to lose its capacity to remember. As an old person myself, I don't think any reason except the natural wear and tear due to aging for this deficiency.

    No it comes from having kids, kids send you deaf, cause they are never quiet.

    I can hardly bloody hear anymore :oD
