Does this apply to the U.S.A, England, or both? I don't have any kids to tell but I'll certinately bare (should it be bear or bare?) it in mind!

Not mine, and my number is listed

doesnt work for me, might just be a certain place your talking about. creepy though.

I know this worked a couple years ago but it doesn't seem to work for me now.

Doesn't work for me because I have asked the phone company to remove my street address from my listing, only my town is listed. It did hit on my brother's phone and it's just like the questioner asserts.

This has been available for more than a year, and is taken from public telephone records (published numbers). You can request that Google remove it from their database, which I did when the 'service' first went live. I no longer have a house phone and cell phones do not provide that information, so I am 'safe.'

All I came up with was a website where you could pay to find out.

Oh no! Bad people are coming to get me! Hide me! Aaaaaah!

Thanks. Here is something else that will knock your socks off..... Medical records are not a secret, anymore. Off-shore ships are parked and receiving our medical information all day and night.`hackers, for a fee, send this information to these waiting ships. the information is used for a variety of reasons. Nothing is sacred, anymore.
