  • You may want to go to a phycologist *spelling* and have a few sesions. You may also want to go to anger management. You need to figure out what is makeing you so mad. Are you down? Depressed? When you can figure out the root of your problem you will be able to fix it. Also you need to think positive from the time you wake up and you will have better days. Hope this helps.
  • i have a real bad temper but i sat down and worked out what realy pissed me off. i changed my job and took up some hobbies that took up a lot of my time. i also started spending a lot more time in with my family instead of going out with friends. belive it of not it worked for me. i am not saying i dont have the od day when i am in a mood but not half as much as i used to. i know how frustrating it is to be an angry person when all you want to do is seem normal. i hope this helps you.   • what sets you off? I usually find something that calms me.(Mine alas is the sweet taste of tobacco smoke) If it works rent a game and take rage out with that, or maybe get a punching bag, and beat the crap out of it(tack up a pic of someone that pisses you off)
  • I had a terrible temper. Until I started doing martial arts (karate). I started to take out my anger on other things instead of people, and any violence I had went towards Karate. If you feel angry punch a wall or something. If your with people,go out of a room and vent your anger on something, and then come back. I punch lots of inanimate things around me and realy releases the tension.
