Can I skip using the Playstation network adapter and just plug a USB wireless adapter into the USB ports already on my PS2?

    no no matter what if you want ps2 online you need a ps2 network adaptor and an isp{internet service provider} dsl,cable,dial-up{56 k modem}
    if you want to play games without problems get cable or dsl since dialup is complicated and you can only play games like nba live or madden its baddddddd
