yes i am . i do half hour jogging and half hour steps a day, im trying to cut down my portions and eat healthier. i weighed 16 stone last year when i got it now im 15 stone but i didnt go on the wii all winter lol cause i got bored. i have toned up recently though and i think it works if you stick to it. im not on a diet thats why the small weight loss.
