Bats may be colour-blind, however their sensitivity to ultraviolet loght allows them to see in the dark.

Actually, it would have to be a member of the raptors (hawks, falcons and eagles), although I am not familiar enough with birds of prey to tell you which one, exactly. However, I know that the standard bird of prey enjoys visual acuity roughly 8x that of humans. They have a far higher density of cones in the retina than any other animal, and they have a double fovea -- the fovea is a sort of pit in the retina with the highest density of rods and cones, and is resposible for our central, sharp-focus vision -- it gives us the tight, detailed focus that we use for reading, for example. The birds' double fovea gives them, essentially, double the area of sharp focus that we have. They can see far greater distances, and their binocular vision is extremely effective at pinpointing the distance they are seeing. The only tradeoff is that some hawks -- goshawks, for example, I believe -- cannot focus their eyes effectively at very close distances, leaving their vision of things literally under their feet a bit blurred.

An eagle can spot a hare in the grass up to 1 mile away; the expression "eagle-eyed" exists for a reason.

I think the answer to this question is really a matter af opinion. Cat's are color-blind, and see normally in daylight, but can see better than us at night. Does the cat have better vision, or just more skilled in certain areas? Like I said, a matter of opinion.

With upto 30,000 lenses in its compound eyes, a honeybee has views of its surroundings at all times.
With eyesight 6 times better than man, an eagle can see as far as one and a half miles away.
