Hmm, not really. My guess is that if that's happening to you, time is the least of your concerns at the moment, you must be thinking of other things.
-
Yes. Yes. And, yes...
-
Thankfully I am not alone in this behavior ..yes that's me:(
-
No... I don't wear a watch...
-
Are you sure somebody hasn't removed the hands from your watch for a laugh? :o)
-
Yeah...only it's not with a watch...I'm always looking at the clock on the wall. :-)
-
Yes, I used to. I haven't worn a watch for years.
-
Yes and I think it's because it's so easy to look at it again that the brain doesn't really put much power into it.
-
Yes, although I don't wear a watch I sometimes pick up my phone to look at the time, put it back in my pocket having made no note of whatg the time was. I have forgotten it before I've even have a chance to register what it was :p
-
Yes, I do that all the time. But replace watch with cell phone, computer, or clock.
-
no, but that *could* have something to do with me not owning a watch...
-
All the time and it seems to always happen when I'm on the bus, and people give me some weird looks let me tell ya
-
Tali, this is a wacked question and could only come from your mind. ;) It's crazy but I do indeed do this. We are not alone! =D
-
I don't think I immediately forget the time, but its out of habit that I always look at my watch to tell someone the time, even though I saw it a second or two ago.
-
Omg that is so true and i only just realised! Thankyou for showing me something else about myself that i didn't even know about! (and it seems other people aswell!) I think it's because your thinking about something else aswell as looking at you watch like " How long have I got till ___" as well as " WOw he's fit, i wonder if he lives here.."
-
yes i do all the time (thought i had lost the plot) but thanksfully lots are in the same boat! i hate it when this happens but also often i look at the time, half an hour later i will be asked the time and i would say half 2 check and ill b right within a few minutes

Ok so here is the scoop on this. I am ALWAYS looking at my watch all the time like every 20 seconds or so. I once had a boss that always thought I was late for stuff cos I can never quit glancing at my watch. Ever. So I have people that say I am like the White Rabbit cos I am always looking at my watch. And a few that say I am like the Mad Hatter. That one had to do with a thermometer. Loooong story!! So ya but on average I look at my watch maybe 6 to 8 times a minute. Especially in Biology class cos.... well OBVIOUSLY that one I swear to God my watch ticks backwards. So then I gotta look again to be sure it isn't broken. During these times it's more like about 10 to 12 times a minute. So...... ya.
