Can we please have "private FAQs" in each user profile page so we can ask fellow users questions that we want them to specifically answer?

This feature may not exist, but anyone is free to make their e-mail address public by providing it in their "Personal Profile". Anyone who has made their e-mail address public has, implicitly, given other Answerbag users permission to contact them. Those who have not made their e-mail address or any other contact information public have demonstrated they want to retain their privacy from both Answerbag users and e-mails harvesters. It's one of those systems that works, without forcing the site administrators to make programming and database changes.
