Hi Pretty bird, I am struggling to make sense of the first part of your question. In answer to the actual question - my 4 year old nephew told me that he had learned about baby cheeses at shcool. It took us ages to figure out that he had learnt about the nativity and baby Jesus.

When my son first went to pre-school almost 30 years ago <damn>, my mom met him at the bus stop and engaged him in the same conversation as your grandson. She asked how his day was, etc. and getting very little response, she asked "well, honey, what did they give you for lunch?" to which he responded "a tummyache".
