I'm new and not sure how this works. I want to make sure everyone gets points for answering. Do I award the point or are they automatically awarded? If I award the...how? Thanks

you have to award the points, its not automatic. you can mark up or down depending on whether they have answered your question.

yes, that little square to the right with the + and - is the place where you opt to give or take points.

Look to the right of the question or answer and you will see a "rate question" or a "rate answer" box. Clicking on the + or - will award or take-away points. With a 100% + ratings given, it looks like you already have it down pat.

Ask questions and provide answers, the rest will fall into place.

Just keep at it and award people and they will award you - it get addicting if you stay with it! Also, personalize your avatar and profile - let people know alittle about you!
