I was wondering the same thing.Did you call that number yet?Cause if you did and it helped you then i would liek to call it.Btu i have the owners maual and it is so confusing.I need another website or number that can explain things better.Iw ill give that a call but if you could e-mail me at yowatsup3134@aol.com about the things you tried,it would help a lot.Thanks.
