Which country's penal system has the best prison amenities and most lax sentencing policies?

    Tamil Nadu, INDIA has the best amenities to my research . Woman are allowed to keep their children until they are 6 years of age, Prisoners are provided with recreational facilities like Radio, TV, meditation and yoga, playing volley ball, kabaddi and badminton, and tennicoit. Ordinary leave is granted for purpose like settlement of property, admission of children in Schools and Colleges, repairing of home( I wish they did that in America), arrangement of marriage of son, daughter, full brother and full sister, agricultural harvesting(ummm ok farming?? You can leave the prison to go pick corn??) They cater to vegetarian diets, inmates can have their own clothes , given remission for things like blood donation and sterilization. In America we don't get to get a day or two off because we donated blood to someone.

    The United kingdom because our prisoners can have television in their cells etc,and those that can afford it can have their meals delivered from outside,and the warders now have to call them Mr Smith etc.

    It may be jamaica and here is why. prisoners, on the island of jamaica, are housed in caves. these caves are in the center of the island and are governed by the federal police of jamaica. it really would not be hard to escape these caves. the only problem is the water surrounding jamaica. there is no place to go. also, i understand that attempt escape is an onsight shooting offense, by the jamaica federal police. maybe its not so laxed, after all.
