  • Nature has developed the emotional state we call "anger" to help us stay alive. Anger sends signals to all parts of our body to help us fight or flee. It energizes us to prepare us for action. Many years ago we were threatened by wild animals who wanted to eat us. Now we more often feel threatened by other human beings, either psychologically or physically. Anger is an intense emotion. It is evidence that we feel strongly about something. As with every emotion, it has a lesson for us. It can teach us what we value, what we need, what we lack, what we believe and what our insecurities are. It can help us become more aware of what we feel strongly about and which emotional needs are important to us. Reference Link: http://eqi.org/anger.htm

  • if someone smacks you in the face in front of a bunch of people, you arent going to be happy, becasue then the person will think you want to get hit again. You arent going to be sad becasue then the crowd will start laughing at you crying. Then the only sensibe choice is to get mad and hit the person back, because it will show that you are cool, and gain respect from the crowd and probably even the person who hit you.
  • when you cant politely sway the man to open the gate, you storm it. anger allows for this
  • To vent our frustrations.
  • Mad is anger and anger is simple built inside, its an emotion not an action. It can be delt in many ways, physical fighting, verbally fighting, or mental anger. You can control this by thinking of the situation and thinking of a tactic. Control your anger and life can run smoothly... you can also release anger by joining groups, or a sport. To live happy is a dream so make a dream come true
