    On crackers and brie cheese, or on roasted garlic before you put it in the oven...mmmm...or all three....oh man, I have to make roasted garlic now!

    I agree with the above. It's outstanding on a pizza. If you saute a little chicken and toss it with pesto or with thin slices of fresh buffalo mozzarella and then place it on the pizza. Yum! Or add some to teh filling of breadcrumbs for stuffing mushrooms.
