I don't bite any of those, but I do constantly clip hangnails and my cuticles and the skin around my nails. I have nail clippers everywhere. My sister does this, too.

I do occasionally and I get so mad at myself. As a reformed nail biter I try to keep them out of my mouth so when I chew the sides or the cuticles it's just too close and I worry I'll go back to it.

I've bitten my nails for 45 years. I hate this habit! I am just fortunate I don't have "club-fingers", as my Grandma used to say. Just every now and then will I bite that dry, hard skin.

I used to when I was a young kid, but not anymore. I only bite skin off the ends of my fingers from time to time, excess skin that is. I have an oral fix as you can see. Lol.
