different women will have different anatomies and the size and relative "looseness" of the labia is a natural variation. unless it is getting more "loose" or causes discomfort, it's probably a natural feature of the vagina in question.

FINE ILL ANSWER NORMALLY...it means your larger, outter lips of your vagina are loosening...probably because of age progression or because you may be overly sexually active. I doubt its because you may be overly sexually active because we have the ability to adjust our "parts" without sagging. I dont think its anything to worry over, but if you are self consious, they are plastic surgeons who fix that type of thing.

Actually A woman being "loose" originally was meant to mean loose morals, not vag. Having lots of sex doesn't give you longer labia or a loose vagina, unless maybe if you get fisted on a daily basis. Really only child birth or age will stretch you out, and not always anyway. Also if you make a concerted effort to stretch your labia by attaching weights to and what not, they would do it too. Seriously don't cut it off unless it is physically bothering you, I have seen some of those labiaplasty before and after photos, and the after don't always look so great.
