Who exactly discovered the Manunggul Jar and what was its size?

"The Manuggal Jar was one of the numerous jars found in a cave believed to be a burial site (Manuggul, was part of the archaelogically significant Tabon Cave Complex in Lipuun Point, Quezon, Palawan) that was discovered on March 1964 by Victor Decalan, Hans Kasten, and other volunteer workers from the United States Peace Corps." It appears to be one foot at the base, one and a half at the center and one again near the top. It seems to be about two feet high.
