The Art Cafe in Midtown Manhattan - the omelet was dry and the potatoes cold and they never offered to refill my tiny cup of coffee.

Dupar's in Thousand Oaks, CA. had to send the food back 5 times cause it was cold on the sixth time walked out without paying and have never been back since this was in 1981.

The Sizzler in Staten Island. Both the steaks and the service were horrible. Should have been called the Fizzler.

Eat n Park, the salad bar was all wilted, fries cold and the hamburger was squashed like a pancake...I did complain on line and got a $25 gift certificate...I gave it to my mother in law for her birthday...lol
