  • Yes, at times i do feel insecure. The reasons for this being many, and this has happened to me over many years. But because of this i have learnt a few things that help me get through it all.... I turn to my friends. Those few people who, i know who i could trust with my life, i value their aopinions they give and the comfort they can give. Any issue they will help with. Or i try and lose myself in something, be it a computer game, or a bbook, or at times a bottle of drink (though i dont recommend that one) But all i can really say is that u should just try and enjoy life, if you feel insecure, turn to those you trust, or try and distract yourself. Hope i have been of help! and sorry if i offend anyone.

  • Almost all the time I'm insecure....the best way to cope is to face your fears, chase after your dreams before its too late. Look within yourself and find that something that makes you want to be bold and go for it.

  • Everybody gets insecure from time to time, when it comes to body issues I usually get in front of a mirror strip down to my underwear and ask myself what I don't like about what I'm looking at and if there's a way to improve it, like say love handles, then I think about the things I do like and focus on those, I usually come out thinking damn I look good, hey you check out these abs, and these fab legs. If it's in my relationships I try to talk about it with the person, which often backfires on me, but then try to think about why it bothers me, whether I'm being stupid or not and if its something that can't be fixed or is even broken in the first place. When it comes to work and things like that, well I just fake it,.
  • I think I feel most insecure when I am asked to do something new and I have no idea how. I can usually talk my way out of things, but if I can't, I can really feel inadequate when I try something & I don't know how. I get past this feeling, by learning to do the new thing. Speaking in a foreign country is an example of this. I feel really insecure speaking foreign languages, but as I learn a little more and try talking to others in the language, I am able to get by without the insecure feeling.
