Where can i find a sims 2 pc mod that will let a sim be able to follow another sim? Like something that will let yo click on another sims and there will be a follow option?

Will graphics hd radeon3200 or n gforce8200 be ok for sims 3 am looking for a laptop for my daughter and seen a couple with these specs. 4gb 350 hd 2.1 processor, appreciate any help, thanks
