Some people think so, yes. For some repentance is a requirement, for others it is not.

If we are going to believe in the parts of the scriptures that describe heaven should we not also believe in the parts that describe the path to heaven. This is a wholistic approach to scriptures encouraged by the Holy Qur’an (HQ) which warns of applying parts of scripture in isolation. This can perhaps be likened to successfully making a chemical product when all details of the proven instructions have to be followed. Not doing so may not yield the desired product and could be dangerous and harmful. HQ 2:85 puts it this way “Believe ye in part of the Scripture and disbelieve ye in part thereof? And what is the reward of those who do so save ignominy in the life of the world, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be consigned to the most grievous doom. For God is not unaware of what ye do.” Regarding murder HQ 2:178,179 says “O ye who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered…for him (the murderer) who is forgiven somewhat by his (injured) brother, prosecution according to usage and payment unto him (the victim’s side) in kindness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. He who transgresseth after this will have a painful doom. And there is life for you in retaliation, O men of understanding, that ye may ward off (evil).” These are just the basic principles. Before they are implemented legislation defining conditions and all other relevant details are put in place. However, the principle is that the fate of the murderer is in the hands of his victim’s family. They can let the death penalty go ahead or can accept the plea of mercy accompanied by compensation from the murderer. Either way the murderer will be regarded as having paid the worldly price for his crime. Forgiveness for his sin of breaking God’s command against unjustified killing will depend on his repentance to God and how genuine it is. This will be judged by God who knows everybody’s innermost thoughts and feelings. If such a person is entered into heaven we can be sure he was a thoroughly and genuinely reformed person before he died and no longer the murderer he was before that. So the answer, in a way, is no.

Yes. God allows all kinds of repentent and forgiven sinners into heaven. This is what salvation is all about and the parables of the prodigal son, the lost sheep, and the lost coin. With love in Christ.
-
No in fact sinners are not allowed into heaven!
-
Yes, they allow murderers in Heaven. King David was a murderer and he's in Heaven. Moses was a murderer and he's in Heaven.

I wouldn't know. I can't speak for the Christian God. I have heard it said that by some Christians here that the only way is to believe in Jesus. Looks like a lot of us won't be going through the Pearly Gates. I guess I won't because I'm a Buddhist.

who knows? we dont even know if heaven is real for god's sake!

Yes! The Bible clearly tells us there is only one thing that will keep us out of Heaven; And that is NOT accepting Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of your life. If you'll remember, even the theif who was dying on the cross next to Jesus went to Heaven. Not because of anything other than he beilieved on the Name of the Son of God. We know this for fact as we are told in Luke 23:43 that Jesus told him personally, "And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise." There is only one way the Bible gives for someone to know 100% that they are going to Heaven when they die. I'll try to explain it as clearly as I can. Our eternity and where we spend it is not dependant upon "how good we are" or "how often we attend church". Our salvation is dependant upon one thing... its who you know! This "person" you have to know now only has to have the power to save us, but has to be able to meet a few requirements. First of all, because we were born of a natural birth, we have to realize that we are sinners. A person who sins is someone who simply is not perfect. Romans 3:23 says, "For ALL have sinned and comes short of the Glory of God". So this "savior" has to be sinless. Because we sin, there is a debt to paid... our sin-debt. We are not able to do anything to remove or pay for this debt on our own. And, unfortunately, there are consequences to be paid for if we cannot pay this debt. Romans 6:23 tells us, "For the wages (consequences) of sin is DEATH! But... the gift of God is eternal life THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!" According to this verse, there are only two ways out of that sin-debt we owe... either we pay the price (death) or we turn to the One who already paid that price for us... Jesus Christ. Just so you fully understand that there is no other way of salvation, John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said, I am THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE. NO man commeth unto the Father but by me". There is no misunderstanding. The only way of eternal life is through Jesus Christ. What makes Jesus Christ able to pay for your sin-debt and save you from an eternity in hell? Only one thing... He willing died so that you wouldn't have to! Why would He do that? Today, we have very close relatives and friends that we love and would do anything for. And most probably, they would do anything for us... but would they give up their lives so that we wouldn't have to? Jesus did! John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son (Jesus) that whosoever believeth on Him, WOULD NOT PERISH (die)! But have everlasting life!" Jesus died on the cross of Calvary so that He could pay the sin-debt that you ran up and were unable to pay on your own. Acts 16:31 tells us, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved"! We need to see that on our own, we are lost with Jesus. That we are damned to Hell because of our sin. And there is nothing that we can do to change that. We need to realize that we are sinners. And come before God and confess our sin to Him. 1 John 1:9 says, "For if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and to cleans us from all unrighteousness". Once we've asked forgiveness for our sin, and we believe in our hearts that Jesus Christ died for us and rose again according to Acts 16:31, He promises to save us. To assure us 100% that when we leave this earth, it will be to join Him forever in Heaven!

Who are they?
-
The password to get through the gates is "Repent".
-
So if you had an abortion-are you a murderer?
-
Yes, murderers are allowed in heaven. They must be murderers who have repented of their sins and have been saved by the grace of God through faith in the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord.
-
Allah does if they die for jihad.
-
This question bibically is totally irrelevant; as there is no sin(pain, discord) towards anyone.
-
If they truley repent, they will enter into the kingdom of God.
-
Well everyone will make it to heaven. But just what side you are on is what counts. There are two sides, separate by a gulf that cannot be crossed. If you are on the side with the ones who need to repent, you will be given that chance. And no you can't fake that you are sorry, GOD KNOWS ALL. On judgement day, if you have not repented and changed you ways, you are blotted out, the second death and you will be no more!!!
-
Well, if you are referring to Heaven in the Abrahamic sense (the question is in the Christian category), yes they do. Moses, Elijah, Elisha, David, Joshua, Aaron, on and on...in many cases, the Bible directly states that they are with Yahweh. Now, I've approached this as purely an academic exercise, as there is no evidence of Heaven and I don't believe it exists.
-
Only if that murderer has repented and asked forgiveness with a true heart . God knows ones heart and when their truly and repented and God knows when your just sorry you got caught . Only thru Gods forgiveness and true repentance can any sinner get to heaven .
-
There are many sides to this issue. What do we consider a right just murder? How can we deice between right and wrong? The issue is that we can't. I would say yes to self defence and no for planned out murders.
-
If a murderer has repented of his sin and accepted Jesus Christ as Lord he can still enter Heaven. One of the difficulties of non-believers - and even some Christians - is that they find it difficult to fully understand and accept - that ALL sin - past, present, and future - was fully forgiven when Christ was accepted as their personal Savior. Satan, though, the great deceiver, plants subsequent seeds of doubt. After all, we're still human, still on earth, still weak, and still fail.
-
If he repents, then he is forgiven.
-
Yes. One of the difficulties people have is understanding that a commandment is not an absolute law. Had God chosen for this to be an absolute law, we would be less capable of killing than we are of independent human flight. A commandment is a guideline for bringing yourself closer to the glory of God, not simply for buying passage into heaven. If you kill, you fall from the grace of God until you become truly repentant for such acts.
