How would I know if the ribbon cable got disconnected from the unit? If I could get more details on how to do this I would appreciate it so very much!!

    Thanks,

Ok there are a couple of ways to fix this problem fist you can get a t6 screwdriver open the phone and see if the ribbon cable got disconnected from the unit or if you look on the screen while it is open you will notice the bottom righthand side has a little bump on it when the phone is closed that bump presses on a button on the phone it is a little whit button on the right where the hinge is (right where the screen connects to the phone) make shure that button isnt sunk or stuck or just sticky you might also have to open the phone to fix this button
