  • hurt his penis
  • Yeah just get your local cops to visit him, no need to spend money on a lawyer.
  • You have a constitutionally protected right to see you child. So, if you savvy enough to do it yourself, go to Clerk of Court/Registry/Prothonotary and file a petition for visitation. Once you receive the court order and your ex STILL refuses to comply, you can a complaint for criminal or civil contempt against her/him and have him/her in jail (if criminal) or to pay money (if civil). If you feel you can't do it yourself, get a lawyer - it won't cost you much since if should be fairly simple proceedings. Good luck!!!
  • You should obtain proof that your ex is demanding sex in exchange for visitation. If you live in a one-party consent state, you may hook up a recording device to your telephone and call your ex. You should try to make arrangements to pick up your child for visitation and make it clear that you don't agree to engage in sex as a condition to visitation. In turn, the ex might make it clear--no sex, no visitation. If you have ex's sexual demands recorded, you have solid evidence that would allow you to immediately motion the court for change of custody. Any parent who would extort sex from his ex as a condition to allowing his ex to spend time with their child is a immoral beast who should not be raising the child. The ex is obviously an unfit parent who values his/her own sexual gratification over and above his/her own child's best interests.
