Not really. Mythbusters tried it, and they found that there was a bit of drag, but not enough to really suck you under.

A ship should REALLY sink fast, will it create a sucking void the same way a speeding train does when passing nearby. More likely reduced buoyancy, caused by escaping air bubbles, has influence on your ability to stay afloat. And waterflow might drag you back into the ship.

I think if a ship is big enough it will create enough drag to pull you down around 10-30 metres (depending on how big the ship is or how bouyant you are) but not enough to pull you to the ground.
