Well I'm 4 years younger than Lennox but we trained @ the same gym for over 10 years so you guy's may not know this but in 1984 our coach Arnie Boehm was looking for new & up & coming challenges for Lennox so they went cus's gym in the catskills to with Tyson who was 17 @ the time & Lennox was 18. The first round Tyson came out trying to make everypunch a knockout & Lennox got a fat lip so Arnie says we can do this another day & they went 2 more rounds & Mike never laid another shot plus got a nice bloody nose & Cus said someday you to will meet in the pro's i just know it. So since Canada is so slow to act & cheap he went to England where he found the financial backing he refused to take in the US since Don King had heard of the 4 days they sparred & after 1 round Lennox knew what to do & that's why King paid Lennox $12 million not to fight Mike so he could fight guys he figured he could intimidate. So I know for a fact Lennox wanted Mike right after he tried to get Chicken Bowe to fight but he too knew what the outcome would be that why he tossed the WBC belt in the garbage & Tyson knew also because you don't pay $12 million not to fight so Bowe & Tyson were scared of Lennox embarrasing & throwing them around like they owed him $. As far as I'm concerned they're pussy's & should go into witness protection if they haven'nt yet. Check out CNNSI.com & look for Lewis/Tyson sparring years ago just so you know I'm biased because I know him but those were just yap flappers who tried to intimidate which obviously you can't do to everyone.

Rocky marciano was the best 49 wins from 49 fights 43 ko,to all the idiots that think ali was great he was over rated involved in fixed fights against liston and foreman. If marciano fell behind on points,he always had that killer punch to see him threw which no other heavyweight had.Ali got his ass kicked by norton 3 times but the judges gave it 2 ali twice on name alone not on effort. As for joe fraizer he was wiped out by foreman twice with ease, and lennox lewis was knocked out cold on a few occasions by crappy qaulity opponents.

Muhammed ALI, no contest.

1. Mike tyson (in his prime) 2. Muhamed ali, 3. Jack Jonhson, 5. Rocky marciano, 6. Joe Louis, 7. Lennox lewis, 8. Larry holmes, 9. Evander holyfield, 10 George foreman

Ali or Jack Dempsey without question. People don't realize how good the competition was back in Ali's day. His only problem was he stayed on a bit too long but that happens to most of them. I would put Tyson third on the list. When he was in his prime he could knock out anyone but after his prison term, he pretty much is a shot fighter. If he hadn't lost so many in recent years, you could make the argument for him being number one. Dempsey was in some ways the best "fighter" of the bunch though I am sure that he hits quite as hard as a few of the others.
