How do you tell the difference between someone who is a genuinely nice person and does things just cause that is who they are and someone who is stalking you. A friend I think is being stalked by a co worker but she won't see it that way.

    The stalker types show behavior bordering on obsession or are obsessed.
    The moment that person invades your friend's privacy then he has crossed the line. If you have proof about that being the case, I would suggest talking to your friend and showing such proof. If not, keep an eye on the guy if you feel that will help.

    I'm not familiar with details of course, but there's the possibility you might have misjudged him too.

    i think its her perspective that matters the most..if she doesnt see it as stalking then i assume shes not feeling threatened.
