I'm delighted because I love tennis, but I recognize that I hate it when they do this for other sports. So I suppose I should accept that most people will hate it.

I don't like it when any channel changes their line up! But I do understand that certain things are only on once a year or every 4yrs so it needs to be done!!!!!!!!!

It irritates me a lot. And I also hate when they pre-empt regular programs for football games. If they would broadcast the games and matches on ESPN and other sports channels, it would allow the people that want to watch sports to watch them and let those of us who don't want to watch them watch our regular programs.

USA has been showing the US Open for many decades already. One should anticipate that they are not going to stop all of a sudden on a whim. Whine and moan all you want, this is just a regular aspect of their seasonal programming and it will not change. I actually got to see quite a few segments of matches whilst in between regular programming when commercials were on. I am not upset.
