Yeah, add a comment that politely (or not) tells everyone to take it to their emails and please, would they shut up?

if i can't get through to the person, i just end it with, "ok, have a nice day"

Be blunt....tell them to take it to a thread where it is just the two of them....and just to be polite say please....:))
