    Chocolate Royale is my favorite. I like it ice cold. I also like a product called Muscle Milk. It has more protein than Slim Fast and helps the body burn fat more effeciently. I switch back and forth.

    I have tried it years ago and I liked the milk choclate one.I wasn't to fond of the power ones but the one in the can was yummy on the go.
