How can i get a single image off a video on youtube?

I'd do it this way... pause the vid on the picture you want, then press Print Scrn SysRq on the keyboard. Go into Paint and edit paste it there, and whatever was on the screen will be pasted where you can then cut it down and just get the picture you wanted. There's proabably a quicker way mind you, but with better software. x
