I don't think any country is really - the horrible reality is that there is no way to continue without Oil and it's products as a civilization such as we understand the term. Once the Oil is gone - we are back to living a Neolithic type lifestyle, if we are even so fortunate as to be able to regain those skills... Pessimistic I know, but that's
