keep your humidity in the right levels. and if iif you mean trimmed packadged buds then you should air them out once a day until dried and cured properly. if you find infected buds THROW THEM AWAY! they can infect other buds. and DONT SMOKE BUD THAT HAS ROT its bad for you :]
