Factor in height,caloric intake a day, and body type, a person shouldn't have no problem at all in losing 80lbs. or more. Make sure that the workout is no more than 70-90 minutes long. include cardiovascular exercises and abdominal exercises in your exercise regimen. You may have to reduce the daily caloric intake by 600-800 caloriies, this will allow the body to burn fat for fuel and saving your muscles. Take supplements like cortisol reducers, vitamins, minerals, meal replacements, etc. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the days to exercise. Giving you the weekends to relax and rest. This works, I've been exercising this way since my stint in the Marine Corps back in the 70's.
