It could very well be related to the alcohol consumption. This sometimes happens to me, not every time that I consume alcohol, but whenever it happens, I had been consuming wine or such during the previous evening.
In any event, it would be best to ease up on the alcohol; every day is too much - try to convince him to give his liver, pancreas, etc., a break every second day. Drinking every day reduces the sensory effects of alcohol; you build up a tolerance and you need more to produce the same sensation. Just to state the obvious - decreased effects from consumption does not co-relate to decreased damage to your body.
Either way, try to get him to a doctor just to rule out any other causes. Good luck and I hope this helps.
The night sweats could be disguising the fact that he's wetting the bed. It depends on how much he drinks and what his tolerance is, but if he drinks enough he won't be able to wake up enough to realize he needs to go to the bathroom. Of course, alcohol also leads to sweating. Anything beyond a small dose is more or less toxic, and the body's excretory systems (kidneys, lungs, liver, skin, and sometimes stomach) try to expel it as fast as they can.
Its the alcahol. My husband done this when he drank alot of beer. It was so bad. Oh and heart problems later on made him do this.

You're reading My boyfriend has night-sweats several times a week. Our sheets get literally drenched. Could it be because he drinks alcohol every night, or is he sick?
