Has anybody in the UK ever seen somebody painting a Zebra Crossing onto the road (the black and white stripes)?

No i havnt i think they paint them in the early hours of the morning as there is little or no traffic,and im never out at that time so i dont think i will ever see one being painted.

Hi Mushen - my children and their friends painted one right in front of their friends house so they could go back and forth from a play area across the street. The kids were between 8 and 12 at the time. The crossing was very effective and the city council left it there for them until road repairs were done nearly 6 months later :)
