  • If your hair was a darker color like brown or black, it could turn out orange. Try a blonde dye without the blue base... the blue base could actually turn it gray looking.
  • always opt for a toner never a permanent hair day thats my first suggestion. I no it cost alot but your better off going to a salon and getting their opinion and even getting them to fix it now rather than you putting more things in your hair making it harder and more expensive to reverse. please i no from experience
  • had the same thing happen to me. I went to sallys and re bleached it myself, stil there was some red/ gold ( didn't leave it on long enough). So I put a toner in it by Wella imperial beige only left it on a minute and washed it out. It totally removed the red and gold, its a tiny bit darker than I wanted but its very natural looking and it will fade out .
