(b) Fleeing a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle is reckless driving per se. Please clarify what you are asking.

Speeding can be reckless driving, but thats just part of the statute. The disregard for the life and safety of others, is the bottom line in reckless driving. This, as you can see, covers a very broad spectrum of possibilities, for that charge. Did you do a wheely? weave in and out of traffic? Sounds like you deserved the consequences.
