  • It was Paul Molitor while playing for Minnesota in 1996... he drove in 113 runs while hitting only 9 homers. This 'feat' is extremely rare in the modern era of baseball, I could only find one other player who had done this in the past 50 years (Tom Herr for St Louis in 1985 for the record).
  • I believe that Tommy Herr did it for the Cardinals back in the early 80"s I'm not sure if he was the last to do it.
