I was rechecking my army contract and it said i was on antidepressants before i enlisted. I had to wait a year and they signed me at 6 months in. Is the contract still valid? Didnt sign a waiver at MEPS for the meds either.

If they knew about your medications beforehand and enlisted you prematurely, you may have a case for contract cancellation. Now, the JAG can reasonably argue that YOU knew about it, too and failed to raise the issue at that time, signalling that you were willing to waive that issue if the Army was willing to do so as well, leading to keeping you locked into the contract. -
