You don't really need acne stuff. Make sure he washes his hair at least twice a week. Wash face morning and night. Change his pillowcases once a week. Wash hands before touching face. Put a clay mask on face once a week (Queen Helene's is inexpensive). Cut back or cut out pop, caffiene and greasy foods. Take daily mutivitamin.

absolutely pro-active. get it at walmart, my teenage son was horrible, i was scared he would get scars. he used it a few days, it cleared his face, he dont use it anymore and he rarely gets a blemish. i think they even have a knock off brand but compare the ingredients, still its not too expensive
