UPC codes on license plates. with the point of a lasar beam, the officer will instantly know if the vehicle is stolen, the owners name and address and any outstanding warrants. If your car were stolen, wouldn't you be pleased that the police had this new tool, in order to recover your vehicle a lot faster?
  • The license plate belongs to the state the car is registered in. The authorities have the right to do anything they want. They set the rules for the game and if you play the game, you play by the rules. The police can remove the plates from the car and have it towed depending on what their license plate check turns up.
