  • No, all plants reproduce asexually.
  • Most plants reproduce sexually. There are exceptions that sort of have vestigial flowers. But essentially the flower is the sex organ of the plant...the seed is its ovary..in the case of apples, plums etc... So I would say in higher vascular plants the probability is yes that if it is flowering it is sexually reproducing.
